Under this category you will be given permission to stay in the United Kingdom for two years and then you will have to apply for further leave to remain, up to a maximum of five years.
To make an application for an extension of stay (further leave to remain) under the investor category you will need to fill in the BUS application form. You can download the BUS application form and guidance from the right side of this page. You must read the guidance before filling in the application form
