UK immigration to Crack Down on UK Visas Fraud

New immigration rules surrounding UK Visas are being put in place to prevent UK visas fraud. These more stringent rules will come into affect in March 2008.

Essentially the new rules surround UK Visas dictate that anyone caught attempting to cheat on their visa application will be automatically refused entry, and will be barred for a period of up to ten years.

The new rules are geared towards increasing the number of legitimate highly skilled applications, and eliminating the illegitimate applications for UK Visas.
