unmarried partner visa

In order to qualify for a uk marriage visa you must satisfy the following requirements.

  1. Have to show that this relationship is the only one urgent one for both of candidates.
  2. Have to show and provide it with the proper papers that have been living together not less than 2 years with the relations as a married couple has.
  3. For those partners who are together less than 4 years it is supposed to a visa for a probationary period of two years. If still living together when the period is over, will usually get indefinite leave to remain if apply.
  4. If before coming to the UK have been living together for more than 4 years or at least 4 years will be granted permanent residence without 2 years as in the case described above but only in case of provided documentary evidence.
  5. Have to show that sincere wish is to live together with partner when entering the UK.
  6. Funds should be enough to provide unmarried partners' living without public funds supports.
  7. The overseas unmarried partner should be no younger than 16 years and the UK sponsor should be at least 18 years old.
